My cell media PS-EK in RPMI 1640 with 10% FCS, 1% glutamine, turns acidic quickly. Cells peel off after 3 to 4 days of incubation in plaque assay test. Do anyone could advise me how to get rid of this problem?

Try HEPES buffer typicallty 10-25 mM. Higher concentrations are toxic to cells.
Store HEPES and HEPES-buffered media and cultures protected from light.
If the growth of cells is rapid and the cells are numerous this phenomenon is linked to the seed which is not adequate.
In your case, the Hepes buffer could be a solution.
Why not test a concentration of bicarbonate.
On a 24-well plate, you can try a bicarbonate concentration range and you will compare cell growth .
