Can anyone advice how to generate Neighbor Joining Tree from Microsatellite data?

I am working on microsatellite analysis and the outcome will be PCR product size in each loci. Can i use these data to generate Neighbor Joining Tree?

Hi Chaisatit, of course you can. I hope your data is in .fsa file type. You can use Fragman (an R package) or GeneMapper (trial version 30 days ) to analyse the DNA fragments generated. You can latter now convert the allele calls to GenAlEx, GENPOP, OneMap software or MEGA formats to generate the Neighbor Joining Tree. I hope it will help
