Can anybody suggest me why is this type of contamination/ stress occurring constantly in my MDA-MB-231 cells after seeding from the frozen stock?

I've attached two pictures, these have been taken after 36 hours and 40 hours of seeding directly from the frozen stock. Please suggest me why is this type of stress and contamination arising?
