Can anybody suggest me the best way to represent my data of measuring calcium influx in order to compare Ca influx in platelets in different diseases?

Best graphical representation.

i am using prism at the moment.there n=10 and there are 3 variables in my experiment i;e, time for icubation,time after calculating Ca influx and value of Ca influx.
