Hi Everyone,
Can anyone help me in calculating the lysate volume of required concentration to be loaded in wells after DC Assay for western blot analysis?
After the DC assay you know the protein concentration of your sample and you can calculate the volume using this formula:
Volume of sample to load(ul)=Amount of protein desired(ug)/concentration of your sample(ug/ul)
Hi I transferred my protiens from gel to the blot but the ladder was not found completely transferred can anybody suggest me the reason?or could it be because of voltage setting?
