Hi Everyone,
Can anyone help me in calculating the lysate volume of required concentration to be loaded in wells after DC Assay for western blot analysis?
After the DC assay you know the protein concentration of your sample and you can calculate the volume using this formula:
Volume of sample to load(ul)=Amount of protein desired(ug)/concentration of your sample(ug/ul)
Hi I transferred my protiens from gel to the blot but the ladder was not found completely transferred can anybody suggest me the reason?or could it be because of voltage setting?

Hello, I have to transfer a PAA 15% of 1.5mm onto a PVDF membrane in the Biorad Trans-blot turbo transfer system. The protocol says for a mini gel to use 1.3A up to 25V for 10 min. I read about...

In the past, I've always used Licor's old blocking buffer that included sodium azide. I would dilute my antibodies in the buffer, stain, re-collect the dilution, and re-use it a few times. The...
