The antibody we are using gives weak signals. Does anybody know a good one for cleaved Caspase-9? The catalog #? Thanks a lot!
I have used Caspase-9 Antibody (Human Specific) #9502 you can obtain from CST.
Thanks, Go. Does it give you a good signal?
Cleaved caspase-9 p10 Antibody (h331): sc-22182 (Santa Cruz)
Cell Signalling Technologies make a good cleaved caspase 3 antibody, they also offer a selection box of smaller amounts of cleaved and total caspase antibodies which is really good as well.
one more vote for CS#9502!
I have never yet gone wrong with Abs from Cell Signalling Technologies
Cell Signaling Technology CS#9502
We have used casp9 cleaved Asp315 # 9505 and Asp330 # 9501 from CST .
