would like to find out the protein activity of mmp7 and mmp11 in single gel. The size of latent mmp7, active mmp7 and active mmp11 is 28,20 and 28 respectively. Can anybody suggest me a zymography so that i can find the activity if MMP7 and MMP11 in the same gel?

Hi Satish, you could try native (non-SDS) casein zymography.

If you have antibodies to MMP7 and MMP11, then you can do a western of a native gel to see you can detect the separate enzymes before doing the zymography.
