I am working with HUVEC cells and hope to detect E-Selectin, VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 protein expression with western blot and cell ELISA (for surface expression). Does anybody have experiences with these antibodies?

I've blotted for VCAM-1 in HUVEC lysates using the following antibody from Santa Cruz:

Despite being a SC Ab, it gives a single clean band and does not detect expression in quiescent HUVEC, only following TNF stimulation.

In particular, R and D Biosystems has anti-E-selectin BBIG-E4 and BBA16 abs, anti-VCAM-1 BBA19 ab and anti-ICAM-1 BBIG-I1 and AF720 abs for WB. Also, Invitrogen offers anti-ICAM-1 9H21L19 and 710278 abs for WB. In addition, Cell Signaling Technology has anti-ICAM-1 4915 ab for WB.
