Hi Sina,

for WBs I can always suggest using antibodies from cell signaling. In my experience they are very good. I have used their anti-p85 antibody in primary splenic mouse cells and it worked very well for me.

To obtain ideal results it might be helpful to test different amounts of cells when preparing your lysates.
