Dear Adem. Unfortunately You are facing the same problem as ours- missing measurements. What I can tell is that at least for the Bulgarian coast there are no operational measurements (only visual observations at the coastal stations of my institution- the national meteorologycal institute and they are not usefull for model validation). What I know is that there are some accidental measurements for short periods by the Bulgarian Oceanology Institute (http://www.io-bas.bg/index_en.html)- so maybe You can contact them.

We are running SWAN and Wavewatch III twice per day to provide a forecast and warnings, but the only way by which we do verification is the sattelite altimetry data along the track.

What I can tell You is that unfortunately in the operational exchange of data between the national met services there is no single operational Black Sea buoy (compared with Mediterranean Sea this is a shame for the Black Sea countries)

Thank you very much for your useful information. I see from the literature that there are the measurements at two locations (Shkorpilovtci and Galata sensor) for the Bulgarian coasts. But I do not know their reliability and they may be for the past.

Shkorpilovtci is the experimental base of the institute of Oceanology and there are some measurements by ADCP but as far as I know only during specific experimental campaigns like the cases presented in this article: http://www.ics2011.pl/artic/SP64_149-154_E.%20Trifonova.pdf

containing some measurements during a storm in 2010 that caused flood at some locations due to combined waves and storm surge.

As for the Galata platform- there are only rumors about measurements and I have never seen any (and nothing published including publications in bulgarian).

For sure there are some long time series of measurements at the Romanian Gloria oil platform and we are trying to obtain some part of them. If we succeed I will let You know.

If You need for your studies long time series at fixed location satellite data will not do the job, but if You think that some data for the wind speeds and significant wave heights may do the job,I may share some data for a rather interesting period of 20 days in 2012.

I think you are right. Yes, I will be very happy if you let I know whether or not you obtain the measurements at the Romanian Gloria oil platform. I and my workmates focus on some subjects such as sensitivity of the wave model to wind source, extreme sea state etc. Therefore, I will be very happy if you share with me the data.
