I am modelling a human thorax to study respiratory functions using electrical impedance techniques. I need an authentic source of conductivity and permittivity values of human body tissues (e.g. Liver, Lung, Muscle, Fat, Heart, Bone etc) in the frequency range of 1 kHz to 1 MHz.

You should also check the studies from the pioneers in the field Schwann, Foster, Stoy and Geddes, to mention a few.

Many thanks for your response. This site is useful indeed. But I am confused whether the conductivity and permittivity values provided in the site are experimental results or just calculated from any model!

It is a mix of experimental and model data.. but it is a starting point. You can always check the original papers from Gabriel for the experimental details.
