Any other industrial chemicals? Carbon tetrachloride? Benzene? Other? Cirrhosis is a known cause of hypertension. Perhaps he has had cirrhosis for 30 years? Did something happen a long time ago? What was he doing then? Could he live somewhere that he is exposed to fumes, etc?

he was diagnosed liver cirrhosis in May 2014, presentation was with scrotal cellulitis. That time USG abdomen done. Not before that.

earlier he was working with Alembic pharmaceutical in packing department in his young age, due to hypersensitivity to antibiotic, he moved to pesticides manufacturing factory, he might had exposure to industrial fumes as he had worked in industrial area, 

and from 35 yrs of age, he had started his traditional work of being Brahmin, ( I mean performing puja, yagna, Havana etc. 

if cirrhosis was since 30 yrs, then why no any symptom? Or was it Asymptomatic phase. 

He had anaphylactic attack while testing skin sensitivity of penicillin, when he was 13 yrs old. So according to you what could be the reason for liver cirrhosis in his case. 

I want to understand complete etiology for that. Pl guide me, because I am not able to digest his diagnosis, and he is no more now.

That's a very difficult case. I can't say that I understand it, I only threw out some questions. It's a puzzle, and not everything can be understood.

If no exam had been done before? Probably not possible to say if he had liver damage before.  A pesticide factory could definitely have chemicals that could cause liver damage.

One could look carefully at the places he frequented, and things he came into contact with. 

Perhaps he was using ayurvedic medicines? Some of those old formulas are quite toxic. I know of a case of a many who used an ayurvedic tonic that contained large amounts of elemental mercury. This was put in a cloth bag and worn next to the skin. He absorbed  a great deal of mercury through the skin. Perhaps you could look into such?  I am no expert in ayurvedic mixtures, and I don't know of one that causes cirrhosis, but there might be some.

First, it is not ethology, it is etiology. Again not virology presence, it is HBV/HCV infection.

 A large number of causes could lead to cirrhosis including metabolic abnormalities. I am working in this field for the last 30 years. I read your response and I am sorry to know that he is no more. So it is not possible to have further diagnosis to find out the etiology of the said case. From your description I understand that you are from India where HCV is prevalent. It could be due to an asymptomatic chronic infection of HCV. Did he test negative all HCV antigens? However, myself being an Indian I do not think that would be the reason.

Again you stated that he was working in pesticides manufacturing company. During the period he would have had exposure to pesticides (a hand to mouth contamination, if he was working without gloves) which could be the most probable reason for his cirrhosis. This could have also coincided with his hypersensitivity to antibiotic and he was working antibiotic packing from childhood. Exposure to industrial fumes mainly causes lung fibrosis/COPD/ lung cancer and not liver cirrhosis. Finally, liver cirrhosis can be absolutely asymptotic until the last stage. To me, the reason for his cirrhosis could be toxic exposure to pesticides.

Etiology spelling was taken by iPad in hurry, n I mentioned virologist presence in short, he was being tested for HBV n HCV both are negative. N in pesticide factory he has not worked more. He was superviser in company so no direct contact of pesticide... 

Is is there chance of auto immune liver cirrhosis. If so what would be the etiology.  Bcz his immune system was hyper.

There isn't a lot of literature on pesticides and cirrhosis. What I know of it, the doses need to be rather high. Evidence for it is weak.

Autoimmune cirrhosis is plausible. There is quite a bit of cirrhosis of unknown origin, presumed autoimmune, some presumed proven to be by response to steroids and other immune suppression therapies. However, there may also be a virus or viruses involved that haven't been detected yet. There are more hepatitis viruses than Hep A/B/C.

Just to add some suggestions when we have cirrhosis of unknown origin we always check for non alcoholic steatohepatitis (metabolic syndrome, overweight/obesity, insulin resistance...), iron overload (genetic or secondary), Wilson Disease and alpha1antitripsin. Furthermore a number of cirrhosis in India might depend from vascular disease causing macro or micro thrombosis in the liver (Budd Chiari ...)
