You can start with using processed waste "White Aluminium Dross" having no salt content in it.

I recommend not to use any organic (agricultural residue or vegetable wastes) materials/substances as admixture in concrete. Organic materials are prone to decompose with time and this leads to deterioration of concrete. Material properties has to be carefully studied before using it as a admixture in concrete.
Ashes of agricultural residues can be better used as fertilizer, rather than as a admixture in concrete. The chemical composition of ashes of agricultural residues may provide an idea on whether to use it or not. Standard Codes such as ACI, BS etc. recommend not to use materials having organic content in it.
