Hi Vignaesh.

My suggestion, calculate the degree of hydrolysis (DH%) using the equation for pH-stat method,

DH (%) = h / htot x 100 = B x Nb / MP x 1 /a x 1 / htot x 100

Fix the DH according to your needs and run design of experiments (DOE) for other factors in this equation.
