I have an application for making an analysis and simulation of a steel 37 circular ring exposed to thermomechanical loads (under high temperatures) for a long period of time resulting in ring non-uniform deformation and loosing some of its material in ANSYS --14 + Contact stresses. I need a step-by-step solution please.
I think the time-temperature part of your model can be dealt with by non-linear analysis of viscoelastic materials. However, you'll need to choose a model that is acceptable to you and you will need to find acceptable values for the material model parameters. I've not done such an analysis for a long time so I will not suggest element types or models that work good. May be you could start by looking for a creep analysis tutorial for Ansys.
Where I'm not aware of a built in solution, is for erosion of the material. There may be one, but I've not seen it. Moreover, I would expect the input parameters of the erosion model to be quite hard to determine...
