Can any one tell me the role of "GRK2-4KR" Mutation?

There are many mutations available for G-protein regulating Kinase 2 (GRK2), but I am not clear about the role of 4KR mutation. Anyone has idea regarding this?

K to R may lead to a loss of the kinase function, as for GRK3-K220R.
