I have the values of weight gain with different crude protein requirement level. But instead of one way ANOVA , i want to do broken line analysis (A regression statistical analysis).......... I want to establish the breaking point (Maximum value) for a relationship between level of crude protein requirements and weight gain in a fish. For which i want help that how can i perform this using SPSS or excel.

I think what you're describing is also known as piecewise regression, segmented regression, and spline regression. I also think that no matter what software you're using, it's easier when the locations of the knots are known in advance. If you have to estimate the knot locations, things become more complicated.
