Dear Zhang thanks for the answer But, if we want to go for genus specific primers instead of nod genes then which primer should be selected?

Hi, for this purpose, one gene probably is not enough, the MLSA method will help. Several housekeeping genes can be selected, such as atpD, glnII, recA, rpoB, etc.
