Can any one share the iNOS labeling protocol for paraffin embedded mouse (Liver/spleen) tissue?

I tried 3 antibodies from different company nut none of them is working. I am retrieving the epitope with Citrate buffer pH 6.5 with heating 110 C for 10 min.

I would appreciate if anyone share the working iNOS labeling protocol.
