Actually, for degenerate semiconductor, conductivity decrease with T at lower temperatures. Where at higher temperatures, conductivity increase with T because of creation more of e-h pair increasing carrier concentration at higher T. And Degenerate SC is not (transformed to) metal, but conductivity vs T behavior is metallic.

Can you please explain me how it will sow up in modulus results cause I am getting peak broadening and two peak feature with increasing f in M" vs T plot. Again I would like to mention the peak shift towards higher T with increasing frequency. What these features indicate?

Thank you Ioannis Samaras. I have carried out broadband dielectric spectroscopy technique to get all the data like dielectric constant , loss, electric  modulus , conductivity and impedance . so two contacts were made on the pellet for the measurement. Kindly find the attached file.

Thank you for the modulus plots. It appears to exist (at least) one activation mechanism having a "semiconducting-like" (and other) character. Also, a Nyquist plot would help us. A plot vs. logT (or 1000/T) would help us, more, than vs. T (K) .

Anyway, using (only) two contacts, you have 3-embedded issues in the system. They might be correlated in your measurements. In the simplest case, they are  :

1) the semiconductor, 

2) the 2-el. contacts, and their 

3) interfaces (semiconductor/contacts),

in a series el. connection.

Could you say more about the semiconductor material, and the el. contacts (or a message ?) ?
