I'm not sure if there is any freeware available to to this. There are several commercial packages on the market: TF_calc, The real MCleod and Filmstar. With these you can calculate/simulate reflectivity & transmission data as function of the wavelength and they contain a large library of materials and their optical constants. A software license is pretty expensive but you might be able to get your specific information asking your colleagues in the wider university network to help you out.
