Typically, these types of errors are result no definition of material parameters. You should define a parameter file for simulation 'sdevice.par'. If you use Sentaurus Workbanch, in the Edit input->Parameters section (available after right-clicking on the SDEVICE tile).

1. You can define the mentioned parameter values in the .par file (present in the directory)

2. If you dont need to use the mentioned parameters then use the keyword: "-CheckUndefinedModels" in the Math declaration section of the SDEVICE file.
