I think there was a similar question by you. You must consider that your antenna is an on chip antenna where you directly connect to the output of the RFID chip.

You need only to adjust the input impedance of the antenna to match this source impedance. It is better to work in the domain of circuit analysis using the terms of impedance terms. You connect your output of the RFID with a short wire having neglected impedance. Use the impedance parameters rather than the S-parameters to achieve matching.

Dear Abdelhalim abdelnaby Zekry you are right,but the main problem which I am facing is RFID equivalent RC circuit modeling in CST. In simulation I am trying to place a RC parallel circuit instead of RFID. Therefore,when CST has option RC parallel circuit,but it doesn't work. In CST only RC series circuit work, which is not my requirement. When This equivalent model then antenna impedance match this RC parallel circuit impedance

You want to make all analysis by cst. Well!.

I assume that the RFID chip has an output in form of a current source Is and A parallel RC circuit Zs.. You can use circuit theory to convert it to a voltage source and a series resistance. Then the series resistance will be a parallel RC circuit in series with a voltage source = Is Zs.
