Dear all ,
On my paper, I received the following comment: "Formatting needs to be revised in detail." My understanding is that I need to check fonts, labels, etc., but the journal does not have a standard template. I would appreciate it if someone could explain this to me , what is mean by this comment ?

I am presuming they want you to follow the format issues mentioned in the author guidelines/instructions file. I find these quite time-consuming eg font, page numbering, spacing, margins, headings etc. but these must be observed when sending a manuscript to a particular journal.

Probably, reviewer want your manuscript has to be formatted according to the Authors guidelines of the journal. Details are mentioned by Joseph C Lee and else follow the recommendation provided by Dr. Subir Bandyopadhyay
