A search for immunocytochemistry and protocol through the Neuroscience Information Framework (http://neuinfo.org/nif/nifgwt.html?query=immunohistochemistry%20protocol) found two sites with information on protocols: http://www.ihcworld.com/ and http://immunoportal.com/ in the Resource Registry
They are commercial sites, so I don't know how useful they are, but they should get you started
I also found a video tutorial through NIF: http://www.jove.com/video/308/immunohistochemistry-paraffin-sections-using-the-vectastain-abc-kit-from-vector-labs
you can search in the http://www.springerlink.com/protocols/ for your topic. I send you a file of protocol that I used in my thesis. you can use it for your antibody.
