Hi fellow researchers,

for a project that i'm currently performing an protein purification step is required. For this we already have a recombinant protein fused to the Fc part of an antibody.

Now my question is; can we use antibody purification directed to the Fc part to purify the antigen to which it binds (probably a glycan).
