There are many broadly neutralizing camelid sdAbs(VHHs) that were identified from Llamas that can bind to either CD4bs or CoRbs. These camelid sdAbs exhibited potent neutralizing activity against viruses expressing subtype B envelopes, including primary viral isolates resistant to some bnAbs, including 2G12, b12, 2F5, 4E10, PG9, and PG16.
