-Own is self evident: it is you yourself who acts.
-Rational thought can be distinguished in rational (=logical) and thought (=one of psychological faculties in human beings).
-Impersonal is not your own act(ion).
-Allopoietic is (literally: not your own but another's) act(ion), etc.
(Note: I make a distinction between act and action. An act is internal, whereas an action is external).
