Granulomas are found in Tuberculosis but I want to know whether caseous, fibrotic and non caseating granulomas indicates different disease condition or all of them are found in a single patient.
Yes. All types of granuloma can be found in a single patient.
Caseous granuloma is a macroscopic term. The pathologist can not distinguish between a microscope from caseous necrosis non caseous.
The answer is yes. A single patient may harbor all kinds of granulomas.
I think that the answer is yes but caseous granuloma indicate active disease
I think so. Inflammatory response to Mycobacterium tuberculosis my be responsible of different stages of this disease in a sigle patient. Moreover, different types of granulomas will dpend of the site of localization (nodes, parenchima, osous tissue, etc).
