I would like to invite you to submit a book chapter proposal for my edited book 'Information and Communication Technologies for Humanitarian Services', that will be published by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (The IET, UK). Sincerely thank you for invitation. Really, my results fit the tematic of your book, and I would write a chapter, I have a lot of material. But currently I'm too overloaded by deadlines, current and new duties. May be later.

Anatoliy Platonov Sir, Thanks for your response. Sir, the deadline to send the proposal ( 150 -200 words) is February 15, 2019, while the full chapter submission deadline is July 31, 2019. Moreover, if you need some more time, please let me know. As you are an expert in the focused filed, I would be very glad to receive a chapter you for my edited book.
