Calculating the frequency of the grid and gain of the generation in MW/Hz?

Greetings everyone,

I hope you are all well, how do I calculate the frequency of the grid as I have a load data which is changing and I know the nominal frequency in this case 60 Hz. I want to determine the frequency for each load changes assuming that the generation follows the load.

I found a way that involves the gain of the generation better know as the static gain measured in MW/Hz but I have no clue on how to determine it. So please does anyone know how I can determine this gain value which is constant in order to calculate the frequency?
