Calculate MOI (Multiplicity of Infection) of a virus from vaccine solution?

I am using an oncolytic virus for virotherapy and want to determine the MOI of the virus to treat the cancer cell line. I have attenuated the virus in the form of the vaccine, can anyone please let me know how I can determine the MOI of that virus solution? Thank you.
