Hi, is there anyone that has a C6 BD flow cytometer that starts but does not connect to the PC? The problem started with the frontal blue light when you start the machine becoming very dim. I played with the electric plug in the back and depending on the twist it became solid strong blue again..then machine starts, goes through its routine but when I open the software in the PC that was always connected to, it does not connect. I tried rebooting multiple times the PC while C6 on, the opposite but still, nothing. I tried re-installing software, nothing. Re-installing in another PC, trying connect, nothing. Has anyone experienced similar issues?
