Despite being the pioneer of reputed international business excellence models many countries are displaying acute limitations in their strategy to tackle the COVID- 19 pandemic. Besides all the WTO protocols, the simple gesture of wearing face masks would have contributed a lot to the equation and saved many lives and families. Can the real meaning of excellence emerge from this global oblivion?
