Is there any way to progressively update surface heat flux after element deletion takes place in abaqus ?

I am using abaqus dynamic, temp-disp, explicit. The surface on which I am applying surface heat flux are getting deleted based on a threshold temperature value (using VUSDFLD subroutine) and surface heat flux are no longer carried over to the next surface. I am applying a uniform surface heat flux load.

Is there any way to do this?
