Can we use the same buffer (for example tissue lysis buffer) for estimation of GPx, SOD, and Catalase?
I usually use phosphate buffer, 50 mM: mix 50 mM Na2HPO4 solution and 50 mM KH2PO4 solution, pH 7.0.
No you can't each test needs it's own pH for analysis and sample homogenation
I agree with Ayad, definately you can not use the same buffer. It all depends on which assay are you using. For example for GPX most assays recommend a basic (PH=8)
