hello

i use hepg2 and huh7 cells now, before, i buy huh7 from an institute and that was so good and i didn't have any problem with them. but after a problem in our -80 freezer, i buy new one but after 1 passage or 48 hours after defreeze, they go for some brownish aggregated mass , may be autolysis occur. i dont know why and what kind of contamination occurred?   also, when i put them in incubator, after 24 hr , i saw some new root-like not filament of fungus, in my hepg2 cells.

i would be so appreciated if any one could help me.

what is that? and what should i do?

thank you

i attach the image of huh7 cells.
