Breeding and genotyping related problem?

I did a cross of flx/flx mouse with flx/flx/vmd-cre mouse. In starting, I standardized everything and got both type of genotypic mice (pure flx/flx) and (flx/flx/vmd-cre mouse), till 3 generations but now I'm getting only flx/flx/vmd-cre mice, why??

I'm doing everything same but till i didn't get a single flx/flx mice anymore, can anyone help me in this regard. please
