And my questions are as follow:
1) When the boron-10 compound will reach the malignant cell? Does it depend on the carrier?
2) How much time should be left from the injection of the boron-10 compound until the irradiation?

these are two tricky questions. Different carriers deliver boron in different ways so yes 10B distribution at cellular level depends on the carrier and consequently also the radiation effectiveness. To date only two carriers are approved for BNCT treatment, BPA and BSH. Time from irradiation strictly depends on the patient and amount of boron in the blood, different protocols are applied but generally 2 to 4 hours prior to irradiation is a good window.
