Dear all, Kindly give me your expert opinion on use of blunted cannula styles as block needles for ultrasound guided peripheral nerve Blocks? There have been concerns of increased inspcidence of nerve and surrounding structure avulsion injury, however, in a low resource setting, we have been using these due to lack of commercial block needles. When I perform an ultrasound-guided drug blockade, I use only specific needles, I think cannulas do not have the same capacity to cut tissue and therefore are more traumatic
