Hi, I am looking for a help to setup a simple Blockchain etheruem netowrk connected with a few IOT devices and to simulate an attack to IoT devices by hacker and how blockchain solution can help prevent and mitigate the attack. Can it be possible to simulate or demonstrate using online service please?

That sounds like a big project. I assume your IOT devices are the nodes on Ethereum who continuously generate transactions. You can setup a sandbox network where you have an attacker to issue the DDoS attacks to the victim IOT devices. You need a separate anomaly detector to detect the attack by using the transactions on chain.

I have found a couple of research paper, but they have not shown how they implemented. Basically, all I am looking for is to setup a few (2-3) IoT devices connected to Ubuntu machine or Win server and make a block chain network, and to simulate the attack by Kali linux to show how the BC Etheruem will flag up alerts on logfiles or on dashboard if this is online platform like Digital ocean etc and secondly, if one of the IoT device is compromised, how the BC network prevent this from futher attacks. Please see the attached file. But, I am struggling to get a Smart Contract Template to connect IoT devices to network too.
