yes black hole event horizon is observed and this confirms einstein relativity, but at the same time a torus object surrounding a black hole is observed and einstein field equastions do not work on torus geometry or torus metric, then naturally we may ask the validity or limits of einstein relativity?

The material in space is an accretion disc and on larger scales forms a "dusty torus" but the GR solution describing the spacetime in which that resides is the Kerr Metric. The geometry of that is not a tours. You may be confusing the shape with the (4 dimensional) "3-torus geometry" which is an alternative topology for a flat cosmology.
