Biodye, is a life science company specializing in unique fluoroprobes to enhance researchers capabilities, generally in the areas of cell imaging, cancer research, biosensing, virology, and immunology to name a few.
The crux of the technology is the disruptive synthetic process. Their efficient synthetic route leads to less steps, less waist, higher yields, more flexibility when adding substituents, more agile when refining R&D efforts, and an overall higher quality in most features.

I would advise to digitize your product and sell it to interested parties or potential clients. Having digital converter at the receiving end would be a pretty requisite. Thus you can transmit the bespoke solutions to the problems or ailments faced by their clients. Transfer and production costs will be minimal and core team can focus on bespoke research and development. Obviously you would need to ensure proper data encryption on both ends. This would also entail development of receiver end digital transformation machine that would translate your digital product into physically developable form. As a Prof. of strategy and technology management, I see a great potential, if your biotech company follows this business model.
