Thanks Surachai. It wasnt for help !!! It was a open discussion. Well what will you do after monoclonal antibody production will you screen them against any antigen..or how will you proceed further. Any quantitation or kinetic studies required.. then i may help you in screening of antibody in crude sample without purifying it....lets continue this discussion
