I am still a student and not experienced in recognizing decent journals yet.

i also googled the website and found some publications...however , I have also found posts on twitter saying that it’s fake...and an example of exactly the same email my professor got on a presentation about the predator journals.

that why I’m in doubt about this journal

I only recognise bona fide journals in my own subject - nursing. However, maybe if you contact the ResearchGate members on the RG link?

This journal is mentioned in the updated version of the Beall’s list:

This means an important warning sign that this journal could be predatory.

Having a closer look you see some (additional) red flags:

-Journal mention a number of useless items in their ‘indexing and archiving” page like ORCID (which is an author ID system and has nothing to do with a journal).

-Its prominently mentioned impact factor is related to https://isindexing.com/isi/ which is a bogus impact factor (service). It is misleadingly referring to the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI) that use to provide indexing of major international journals.

-As you said yourself disturbing messages on social media like https://twitter.com/stefanluschnig/status/997823306551250944

And sure in their behalf it is fair to say that their website looks pretty fancy (which is looking at the relatively high fee they charge possible to do) and they somehow have attracted a pretty decent number of papers. Furthermore they are too new in the field to obtain a decent impact factor or indexing (like Scopus, PubMed or SCI) yet. Still I tend to say that this is a journal to avoid, too many signs of a predatory or so-called vanity press type of journal.

I get such automatically generated invitation from different journals regularly. It is Spam. Stefan Luschnig has shown on twitter that this journal generates invitations from nonsense sources: https://twitter.com/StefanLuschnig/status/997823306551250944

I received a similar invitation to the one Vita is mentioning. I think that there is some evidence indicating that it is a predator journal. These are the risks of Open Access journals. It is not easy to find a really serious Open Access journal. However, I think that the serious Journals do not beg for articles and in particular they do not beg for any kind of article. Bell's list should be revived.
