In my experience, such particles can acumulate in lymph nodes after sc injection. What type of particles? what's the zeta potential?

These nanoparticles have an oil core and a neutral polymer with a negative surfactant in the shell. The Z potential is negative. I know these NCs are accumulating in the lymphnodes (especially if they are around 100 nm size). However, I was looking for papers explaining what is different in the whole mouse biodistribution (between 100 and 200 nm size)

Negative surfactant may lead to macrophage accumulation. But since they are so small, I guess they can accumulate in lymph nodes too. I don't think they overcome systemic distribution since they are not furtive (pegylated) and are injected SC where they can make a depot. At most they are going to accumulate in liver and spleen since they are important filtration organs. What's your main target cell or organ?

It's not exactly the same but they all conclude that subcutaneous adminsitration enhance the retention of your encapsulated compound at the injection site.
