All of them. For all pesticides (insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, antibiotics) there will be a dose that will inhibit and eventually kill any exposed tilapia. A part of the effect will come from the formulation of the pesticide, assuming that you use a formulated product rather than technical grade. In some cases the pesticide may not be directly fatal. Talapia might be able to swim in technical grade glyphosate except that glyphosate will probably not carry sufficient oxygen to sustain the fish. So the glyphosate might not kill the fish as fast as a lack of oxygen.
Any chemical has its lowest concentration that affect the aquatic organism. The dose higher than that may cause the damage or mortality. However, in natural environments synergistic effect is inevitable.
