I have done binary logistic regression for bivariate analysis to identify significant variables for multivariate logistic regression.

Do I carry out multivariate logistic regression differently for each variable or should it be just one model for all the significant variables from the bivariate analysis from all the objectives? Also, Do I discuss the significant variables from bivarite analysis or just those significant in the multivariate logistic regression?

Kindly help.
