I don't know if this is the "best" out there but I recently enrolled for the DSBA- Data Science and Business Analytics Course at University of Texas at Austin (Greatlearning as delivery partner).

I did some research with alumni and have found happy customers throughout. I believe you need a relatively sizable alumni community as well as satisfied/ qualified professionals at the end of the day. So this is my expectation.
