So it is applied to the coordinates of the landmarks, which is not a truss network. A truss network is a collection of size measurements, so it appears that you are looking for a method to remove the information about size from a set of size measurements. How you do that depends on what you want to remove (there is more than one concept of "size"). If what you have is a set of landmark coordinates as well as the truss network (meaning that you have those coordinates and calculated the truss network from them) then you could either superimpose those coordinates or remove size from your calculated size measurements. There is a lot of software for morphometric analyses, some for analyzing landmark coordinates and some for analyzing size measurements (and some for both). A useful start might be the book by Claude, Morphometrics with R, if you can get that. The book covers both "traditional morphometrics" such as analyses of truss networks, and geometric morphometrics, the term that now usually refers to analyses of landmark coordinates. So, if you have the coordinates, you can use either approach, and you could use the same software (R) for both, if you are interested in learning R. There are a lot of advantages in working in R, but the learning curve can be steep, especially if you are teaching yourself and don't have colleagues around who can help.
